I have been writing, it seems, in some form or another, my whole life. Whether it was for a school or community newspaper, in the corporate world or for one of my favorite non-profits, I have always loved using writing skills to communicate.
Of the hundreds of newspaper articles I have written, it has been features that have made the most impact on me. I love to talk to people and find out what their passion is, what really makes them tick. Learning about what inspires people then inspires me to share their story.
People have often commented to me that my feature stories touched them deeply. I try to always write with respect, compassion and stringent attention to details.
Now my passion is to write for those who want to ensure that their or their loved one's story continues on. I firmly believe that every life matters and no matter who you are - politician, athlete, business person, or the Mom everyone counted on for every school event - your life has a story worth sharing.
